We meet weekly for the first four weeks to build and put your career strategy into action—from your résumé and LinkedIn positioning to the companies you’re targeting and how you approach them. You’ll have action items between meetings, and I’ll be working on your strategy alongside you.
After that, we stay connected through email check-ins to review progress, work through questions, and adjust your approach. When interviews come up, we meet to prepare. When an offer comes in, we talk through the opportunity and how to negotiate.
You have my support and guidance until you accept your next opportunity, however long that takes. Interview preparation and offer negotiation meetings are included in your job-search package.
